The Surrey Mortgage Broker is a well-established local mortgage advice business run by Richard Bousfield. Richard has been advising on mortgages since 1999, having arranged hundreds of mortgages in the Surrey area, he has a wealth of experience in the field.

In 2024 Richard was joined by Maria Dankova, a CeMAP qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser whose main base is in Woking. Alongside mortgage and protection expertise, she brought her skills in data analysis and macroeconomics to the table, allowing our clients to benefit from more informed decisions about their next deal.

We pride ourselves in offering high quality, plain-speaking mortgage and protection advice. From our bases in Farnham and Woking we are delighted to offer advice wherever you are in the country.
