Drainage Search £50.00 + VAT (approximate)

Environmental Search £45.00 + VAT (approximate)

Chancel Check Search £15.00 + VAT

Pre-completion Searches £12 (approximately – dependent on number of purchasers and whether there is a mortgagee)

Land Registry Fees (assessed on purchase price):

£125,001 – £250,000 2%

£250,001 – £925,000 5%

£925,001 – £1.5 million 10%

Over £1.5 million 12%
